The level of care is quickly determined by a few questions being answered. Whether it's in person or over the phone. We will ask questions like: Age, Weight, Ambulatory status etc. Pretty much getting a quick understanding of what their care needs look like.
What also helps is reviewing a medication list or looking at a previous PCP visit note. The best information will come from anyone who is actually providing the current care and has a first person knowledge of what their needs are.

We offer a fully furnished suite, however what sets us apart is the fact that we are All Inclusive and our Price is locked for life. Couple items that would not be considered "covered" would be; Transportation, Medication Co-Pays, Actual medication and supplements.
We accommodate a wide array of different challenges that our elderly face. From cognitive to physical limitations, our environment is encompasses their care without the need to constantly relocate. Our Supervisory care is for those more independent that simply require means, socializations and supervision. Our Personal care is for those residents whom require medication management, partial assistance with their ADL's like Showering, Dressing, Toileting, Transferring etc. This is be described as someone who is in the middle of road needing care aka - stand by assist. Directed care delivers everything already mentioned, however goes all the way to end of life care. Complete dependent care. Example: someone who has advanced dementia and needs incontinence care, full dressing, showering care.
The most important take away - is our pricing is structured based on how the resident moves in. As they require more care, their care will be implemented... the price will not go up.
Cost is about 90% dependent on the resident' level of care, and then the other 10% may be dependent on weather or not you're looking for a Master suite, Private Bathroom etc.
